Consumer goods companies, telecoms, real estate developers and distributors look for field sales representatives, key account managers, brand managers and digital marketers who know Ghanaian consumers well.
As a sales representative, you find customers, present your company's products and close deals. You visit shops, offices or distributors, follow up leads by phone and messaging, negotiate prices and record every visit in a CRM. You work towards monthly targets and report back to your sales manager.
Consumer goods manufacturers, distributors, banks, insurers, mobile operators, real estate developers and solar energy companies all hire sales representatives. Most roles are on the ground, visiting customers in a city or region, with some inside sales roles done by phone.
