Hotels, riads, resorts and restaurants in Marrakech, Agadir, Tangier and Casablanca hire receptionists, chefs, spa therapists and guest relations staff, as do fashion and beauty brands in big malls. Speaking several languages is a big advantage.
As a hotel receptionist, you welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and manage reservations in the property management system. You take payments, answer calls and emails, and pass requests to housekeeping or maintenance. You are often the first and last person a guest remembers.
Hotels, resorts, guest houses, serviced apartments and business hotels in capital cities all need front desk staff, and international chains value bilingual profiles. The role is on-site and organised in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
One question at a time, about 2 minutes. No cover letter, no job board to scroll.
